CARILLON MENU TASTING

The Foodie Girls were personally invited to The Carillon in the AT&T Executive Center at The University of Texas at Austin. Executive Chef, Josh Watkins, was thrilled when The Foodie Girls RSVP'd. The tasting consisted of 5 scrumptious (and one kinda scary dealy) samplings from the new menu!

We tasted: *Crispy Pork Belly *A tender Pork Spare Rib *A lovely White Bean Soup (with that weird dealy) *Beef Tar-Tar *Fried Eggplant and Mozzarella puffs!

  4. I love this so much. It makes me giggle the whole time I watch it. No, it makes me laugh out loud. By myself in this room. Wonderful and pathetic all at the same time.
