The Foodie Girls were invited to a very special tasting by their Foodie Friends Dina and Davide in San Diego. We feasted at the new Italian restaurant and Wine Bar in the heart of Hillcrest, Tre Porcellini, which translates to 'The Three Little Pigs.' And FEAST we did. Chef-Owner Roberto Gerbino is doing amazing things here. We had quite the spread of delicious appetizers to begin with but the star of the appetizers is the Mac and Cheese Risotto (pictured below). It is TO DIE FOR.
The entrees are equally as impressive especially the Beef Short Ribs and their homemade pastas. They have an extensive wine list and fabulous desserts as well. Head down to Tre Porcellini for lunch or dinner TODAY.
