POST THANKSGIVING FAST!

So, now that you've spent 1 week preparing for Thanksgiving, 6 hours cooking that bird and 30 seconds eating it! It's time to give your body a break and The Foodie Girls are here to HELP!


For the next couple of days The Foodie Girls will be posting healthy juice blended drinks and smoothies as a healthy break for your digestive system. You are welcome digestive systems reading this blog.
